Custom project „LoadPro“

The LoadPro sample conveyor loads the blood sample inlet of an analytical line system with blood samples. The customer´s requirement was to develop a transfer option without intervening directly with the blood sample input module of the analytical line system. The system to be loaded receives one tube at a defined position and then provides an empty carrier again.

Furthermore, an interface was developed to inform the sample input module that a tube is ready and can be placed in a transport puck by the gripper.

A continuous loading of the analytical line system has been implemented. Development time to prototype was 9 months, then to series production in 3 months.
